I’ve noticed bacon has suddenly become very trendy. It’s like the new cupcake. Bacon bits, bacon and eggs, bacon ice cream, bacon scented candles, and now this: bacon hot chocolate?
Someone gave this to me today. Seriously, who would drink this? I guess someone would drink it, but it won’t be me. It’s funny though.
Why is everyone so obsessed with bacon? And why is it being mixed with things like chocolate? Now sea salt, I can understand. It sounds weird, but dark chocolate with sea salt is great. But bacon and chocolate is like putting sugar on your steak. I’ll pass.

I tried chocolate covered bacon once. It was gross. I like bacon, but geez, people just go crazy! Bacon hot chocolate sounds really nasty.

Bacon is overrated. I’m weird though. When I do eat bacon, I like it sort of undercooked, so it’s not crispy. I guess I like my bacon a little soggy. It’s probably not healthy to eat it that way, but it tastes better to me.

Yeah, bacon and pork in general is considered a “dirty” meat. I guess because it’s more likely to cause or spread illness than beef, chicken or fish.

I love bacon. It is one of the few meats I can tolerate. It has thiamine in it and just tastes yummy. But I only eat bacon on salad, with breakfast or on a BLT. That’s it!

I never thought of bacon as “meat.” Bacon on salad tastes good though. Or bacon and eggs sometimes. Overall, not a fan though.
