I always loved Peanuts, and used to watch the Peanuts Christmas special every year throughout my childhood and teen years. I never get tired of it.
This is my favorite scene — when Linus explains what Christmas is all about.
Merry Christmas to all my followers (even if you celebrate something else, or nothing at all).
Happy Christmas!
Poor old Charlie Brown. Charles Schulz knew a thing or two didn’t he?

His characters had a rather adult kind of depth, didn’t they?

Merry Christmas to you too. I was raised in a Jewish atheist household but we always had a Christmas tree and celebrated Christmas with presents and joy in the beauty of the holiday without any religious connotations. Personally, I never had a problem with calling the holiday “Christmas.” I just enjoy it. I’m kind of surprised that you picked such an explicitly religious episodes. I’m also surprised Peanuts made such an episode. It’s all good though. Here’s my favorite Christmas carol:

There is little sweeter than this classic scene. Though it’s line drawn and was animated before even I was born (pretty close anyway), Linus’s sincerity and simplicity is a highlight of every Christmas. And the dance scene! 😊

The dance scene is amazing! I also love Linus’ adorable little voice.
