I love this old fable. The scorpion can be compared to the Narcissist. It will sting you because it’s in his nature.

  1. One of my favorite fables too. My previous relationship was abusive and several of my friends told me this story. Unfortunately, I didn’t really understand it until long after the relationship. I have to learn things the hard way.
