I believe that you can ‘start-over’ at any point of the day and reframe your thinking and get on the right track but in my case, it’s been a bad ten years! Sorry.

Lol. This is a great post to start a week that I expect will be super exhausting and stressful for reasons I don’t have time to explain.
Ditto on the overall bad life. But, when I count my blessings, I am still way ahead. 🙂

I agree with rubycommenting. Anytime during the day you can yell, “Do over!” It doesn’t mean your mood will change immediately, but at least you are doing something to try and change rather than allow yourself to be a victiml

This is something I always wonder about. Am I just unwilling to let things go, or am I truly, often, incapable?

Do you think most family scapegoats have bipolar? I will bet it goes with the territory.

I don’t know that we could say “most” have bipolar, but I agree it probably it part of the nurture side of bipolar.

No, but they are likely to develop mental problems due to the abuse. I think most develop C-PTSD, which can mimic a lot of other mental disorders, including bipolar.
