In an increasingly narcissistic, selfish society, this sort of callous behavior is becoming the rule rather than the exception. This is horrible.

I have used this type of thing as a hypothetical metaphor in the past. I have said that my abusers broke me with their abuse, and then they acted so disgusted with me because ewww, yuck, gross, my emotional brokenness is so….. unattractive. I’ve said it was like they had stabbed me repeatedly with sharp butcher knives, then shamed me for being so uncouth as to bleed all over the rug and furniture.
But this… really happened??? Dear God.

Apparently it did. I have no idea what sort of town would act this way toward one of their servants. I felt like throwing up reading this.

I am shocked but not surprised and just no words it is SO upsetting how cruel some humans can be to others and animals 😦 some humans just disgust me.
