If only it were so easy.

Dogs are awesome teachers, friends, and therapists. They never worry, they’ll never mindfuck you, they will never lie to you, they live for the moment and enjoy simple things, they’re loyal and protective, they will listen to all your problems without judging or putting you down, and no matter how bad you think you’ve been, they still love you unconditionally.

      But under normal circumstances a dog (or a cat or any beloved pet) loves you unconditioally. I believe the same is true of cats–I should know with 5 of the little devils.

  5. We are down to one cat now. He is so friendly, he is just like a dog, and will come and sit on your lap. And be all over you. Visitors get the big welcome. I have tried to train him to be reclusive, I say, “Down!” because I like cats. I call him my cog.

    • Cog? That’s funny. 😀
      My cat Sheldon acts like a dog too, and would rather play with my dog than the other cats. He follows me around he house trilling and acting adorable for attention

    • That was so sad to read but the photos were beautiful and the captions very funny! Lady was lucky to have you as her person. She obviously knew you loved her and she had a good life. Enjoy your memories. (I commented on your post too)
