Ha! We love Goodwill’s and thrift shops. Especially for the boys. We’ve found stuff with tags on it still, for less than $5. Can’t beat it.

My son, who is 24, practically lives at Goodwill…especially after that song “Thrift Shop” by Mackelmore and Lewis came out a couple of years ago, LOL! He’s found some great bargains there.

When we are down in Mississippi, there’s a thrift store in Ocean Springs that is amazing. We come home with bags of clothes for all of us. It’s great!

Groovy find! Love thrift stores, Goodwill, etc. – especially when they have their 50% off days. New or like new for very little. Love the Mackelmore song too. 😉

Cute. Your shoes have freckles.
Last winter I was wearing my husband’s dappled camouflage coat, when I passed by a brightly lit mirror. I looked at the coat, looked at my freckled face above the coat, and for the first time in my life I realized: freckles are camouflage!!

Haha, they are! Actually those are leopard spots, but I guess those are the feline equivalent of freckles! I’ve seen some dogs that have actual freckles. And they’re usually gingers too, just like humans. 😆

When I told my therapist I had figured out that my freckles were camouflage, he got a strange look on his face and said something about how weird that was. He was kidding, though. I think? Anyway, he moved out of state in September and now I have no therapist. Which is kind of sucky, but I am adjusting. Sort of. 😉

I’m sitting right now in a room with my oldest daughter who is creating her own Star Wars based holiday card for her boyfriend. She is an archaeologist who has purchased many pieces in her working wardrobe at Goodwill. As we tend to dress casually at home, we often don’t know the source of what she’s wearing when we complement her!
