Are you serious, Lauren? This reads like a scam. What are the chances of his sister reading The Lucky Otter? Slim to none. If he’s serious, he should place ads in the Korean newspapers. She’s more likely to see it there. But It’s dumb. Why sentimentalize soon someone you hardly know just because she’s related to you? Why not check out all the nice people around? They are just as likely to be loveable as your sister.
Lauren, you said you don’t have enough empathy. Seems to me you have too much. There are millions of hard luck stories on the internet and most such letters ask for money.
