Google Chrome is the browser I’ve been using, and the one I prefer. But this morning I noticed the screen is off center and cuts off the right hand side of the screen which contains the scrollbar and the notifications button. I tried to pull the screen over to the left but no matter what I do, it won’t move any further to the left hand side.
I can see about a quarter of the notifications button if I go to my dashboard/stats page and can click it on from there, but I still can’t scroll. So I had to open up Mozilla, the only other browser I’ll have anything to do with. But I still have a problem: even though I can clearly see the notifications button there, my notifications doesn’t load! So I have to keep TWO browsers open: Chrome to access my notifications (from the dashboard/stats page only) and Mozilla to scroll. It’s time consuming and annoying. I tried rebooting my laptop but that didn’t work. Any suggestions? I’m ready to do what the lady in the photo above is doing. But that could ruin my teeth, which already suck.

I’m laughing at the photo. I’m no IT person and I was going to suggest a reboot…no idea, my chrome is OK. I’m sure someone better at this will answer you π

That photo made me LOL! I doubt doing that would help the problem though, haha.

It souns like a java script problem. Do you use a program called no script, if so enable all java script on that page, and it should work. If you don’t have no script trying clearing your browser private data, you can also try clearing the java cache by going through the control pannel to sun java and clearing the cache. Another possibility is you have a bad add-on to your browser (if you go into safe mode with your browser and the problem goes away, it is this). If all else fails you could try uninstalling and reinstalling your browser and java.

Have you tried clicking the square (screen restore button between the _ and x in the top right corner? or going into your browser settings and resizing it from there? my Chrome is running fine

Everything in the top right corner is not visible. π¦ I;ll try going into browser settings and see what I can do. Until then I guess I have to use both browsers.
