I know from being a long time reader that you have SAD. I was wondering, have you tried one of those light therapy boxes? I have one and have not actually sat in front of it for 30 minutes like you’re supposed to. But it does help to have it on and just use it as a regular light in the room. I probably have a slight case of SAD.
I second the motion. Can I just join the bears and take a nap until spring?

I got one! Need a new battery for it though. It DOES work. So does Vitamin D. But the best cure is warmer, longer days of spring for me!
