Yesterday wasn’t a good day. The Las Vegas shooting happened and a musical icon from my youth (and one of my favorite musicians), Tom Petty, died.
I hope 2018 is better than 2017 has been. 2017 has been the worst year in my memory (maybe not so much for personal reasons, but for political and other reasons that affect us all).

He was a significant part of the soundtrack to my youth. This is a tough one. One of the greats.
