Save our healthcare!

Republicans are taking advantage of all the media attention on Russia right now to secretly ram through their abomination of a healthcare bill that will leave millions — me included — without health insurance.     They are doing this without anyone knowing what’s in the bill, because they know it’s so horrible it will never fly if people knew what was in it.    It’s not a healthcare bill.  It’s a thinly disguised tax break for the wealthy.
Well, guess what.  If I have to go to the hospital, I refuse to pay my medical bills.    I am not kidding.   I’ll send ’em all to the White House.
In the meantime, until these compassionless sociopaths who will blithely let people die on the streets (and blame them for “not living a good life”) are defeated, PLEASE help save the ACA:

In reference to the Senate Republicans lack of public debate or information on their attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act, also known as “Obamacare”:
After hearing about the midnight repeal of the pre-existing conditions clause, people have flooded Senator Elizabeth Warren’s office with calls, as well as Speakers Ryan and McConnell. Sen Warren’s staff say that what would help THE MOST is calling the 5 Republican senators who have broken away from the GOP in an attempt to slow down of the repeal. Tell them how much you appreciate their efforts:
Senator Bob Corker – (202) 224-3344
Senator Lisa Murkowski – (202) 224-6665
Senator Rob Portman – (202) 224-3353
Senator Susan Collins – (202) 224-2523
Senator Bill Cassidy – (202) 224-5824

  1. Today I saw in a news trailer that Trump ( yes I said Trump) said the health care bill presented by the congress is so cruel he wants the senate to revise it. That of course could be bullshit. It is so cruel that only the most harsh would inflict this on their countries citizens but this swamp of thugs governing presently could not care less about the country or the citizens unless they are benefiting in some way. If it is passed we the people will suffer terribly and in the end this administration will have to own the outcome of Trumpcare

  2. I have a new daily habit that I developed right after the election. I call each of my senators and every congressman for my state daily. I contact each senator and congressman on specific committees daily. I am sure all their aides now know me by name and recognize my voice when I call to tell them 1. they are working for me, and 2. they are failing at their jobs and I am working on getting them fired. I am specific about the bills (giving both numbers and names of bills) that I object to and specific reasons why I object. Thanks for the new people for me to put on my calling list!

    • I don’t know anything about any of these people except they are the 5 senators who originally did not back the new healthcare bill and now they are.

  4. Got it. You’re entitled to free healthcare.

Those who disagree with you about that are compassionless sociopaths.

    Thanks for the update.
