He’s the spokesman for dos equis Mexican beer in their commercials.
He’s like a caricature of a narcissist, it’s sort of a tongue in cheek thing where they mock how cool he obviously thinks he is.
He’ll sit there all pseudo sophisticated like he’s James Bond (but he’s clearly not) and say to the camera “be thirsty my friend” or something.
I think it’s pretty funny.
